School Safety Forum May 21st Yarmouth High School Flex Room 7:00 p.m. Ron Barker, Interim Superintendent and Mike Morrill, Yarmouth Police Chief, will host a school safety forum on May 21st at 7:00 p.m., in the YHS Flex Room. Mr. Barker and school administrators will provide updates on the progress made regarding school safety and security matters, and what safety measures will be implemented in the ensuing months. All community members are cordially invited to attend this forum.


Support YHS softball Yarmouth Softball is raffling of 2 tickets to see Justin Timberlake and JayZ. Concert tickets are valued at $125 each. Concert is Sunday August 11th at Fenway. Raffle tickets are $5 each or 3 for $10. Tickets will be sold at lunches or see Hutch if you would like to get some. Drawing will be June 5th.


Auditions for the Fall Musical Auditions for the Fall Musical will be on June 3rd from 4:15 to 7:00 in the YPAC. If you would like to be considered for a solo, you should be prepared to sing a song from the show. A prepared song will put you at an advantage for this audition. If you would like an ensemble part, you can sing with a small group of 2-4 people. The Star Spangled Banner or Happy Birthday are fine because they will show your range. You will also read a scene from the show, dance and perhaps do an improv. If necessary, CALLBACKS will be from 7:30-9:00. If you have any questions at all...Please see Mrs. Puelle!

We will no longer be accepting for art and writing for this school year after that date. You can be featured in Play In the Street 2012's annual print issue! JOB OPPORTUNITY MaryBeth Lorenz lives on Castle Road in South Freeport Village. She has a pool and is looking for a certified lifeguard to provide swim lessons and lifeguarding for her 3 year old boy and 18 month old girl. It would be ideal to have access to your own car to get to and from South Freeport. The schedule would be flexible but roughly 2 to 3 days a week for 2 hours. JOB OPPORTUNITY Looking for a Yarmouth High School female student with a car for part time summer help with a 13 year old girl. She needs to be dropped off and picked up from summer camps and/or hang out with her for half days. You'll have fun going places together such as the beach or the mall.
